HVAC heating system only works in defrost mode. Does not blow hot air out front vents. Blend actuator door does not transition fully to allow air flow. Dealership unresponsive to issue.

I purchased a Maxi-Cosi Peri 180 infant car seat and discovered what I believe may be a defect in the carrier-to-base locking mechanism. When the infant carrier is installed in the base and appears to be fully latched, the rear of the carrier can lift out of its locking slot with gentle upward pressure without using the release handle. The fuel line clip of the Land Cruiser got disconnected and started leaking gasoline while the engine was running. I had the car towed to Hammer Toyota and they had us pay for the hose to be reconnected. Fuel line connecting to the gas tank was found completely disconnected, causing a strong gasoline odor, significant spilled gasoline and multiple warning lights including hybrid malfunction. There is an orange plastic clip that connects the flexible tube from the tank to the rigid fuel line that runs to the engine and this clip was found detatched.
